Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on report given by the petitioners, police have registered a case in Crime No.61 of 2025 of Undi Police Station, West Godavari District for the offences punishable under Sections 329(4), 115(2), 351(2) read with 3(5) of BNS. 3. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder: “It is humbly to submit that on the earlier oral complaint of the petitioner Kopanathi Pardha Saradhi, dated 01.03.2025, the alleged respondents were summoned to the police station, conducted counseling to both the parties and advised them to maintain harmony at the area and for the peaceful living of the petitioner. Later, the petitioner has sent one Xerox copy of report on 17.03.2025 by register post and further on 27.03.2025 original report was obtained from the petitioner and the same was registered as FIR to proceed with the investigation. ” 4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
