Mr. Ravi Shankar Kandpal, learned legal-aid-counsel for the applicant. 2. Mr. Akshay Latwal, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. This is first bail application moved by the applicant seeking regular bail arising out of F.I.R No. 274 of 2023 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC, registered at Police Station Sitarganj, District Udham Singh Nagar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has falsely been implicated in the instant case; has no criminal history and is languishing in jail since 12.06.2024. He also submits that the applicant has neither forged the signature of the Assistant Collector First Class, nor, has he misused the seal; that the applicant is only the male earning member of his family; that in case, applicant is granted bail, he will not misuse the same and furnish the bail security as per the satisfaction of the Court. 5. Per contra, learned State Counsel submits that preparation of an order in a fraudulent manner by the accused is such a serious crime, and the present bail application is liable to be dismissed. 6. I have considered the submission advanced by the learned counsel for the parties. 7. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant, at this stage. 8. Consequently, the first bail application is rejected.
