The grievance of the petitioner is that concerned Tehsildar has not taken any action on the said application preferred by him on 07.11.2025 till date. Having regard to the limited nature of controversy and innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is admitted to hearing and is disposed of at its threshold with a direction to respondent No.4-Tehsildar North Srinagar, who is seized of the matter to proceed in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders for demarcation of subject land within a period of three weeks from the date a copy of this order along with copy of petition and annexures are made available.
