The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "(i) Direct the opp. Party no. 1 Deputy Director of Consolidation Ayodhya District Ayodhya to decide the in the Revision no. 0646/2024 computerized case no. 202454042300000646 U/S 48 (1) of U.P.C.H. act. Mohd Rasul and another versus Mohd Aslam & Others Fixed on 15-05-2025 pending in his Court expedioulsy within stipulated time granted by this Hon'ble court to meet the end of justice. As contained in Annexure no. 1 to this petition." Considering the facts as stated, particularly the period of pendency of the revision, which appears to be pending since September 2024, this petition is disposed of with direction to authority concerned, to consider and decide the pending appeal in issue, quoted in the prayer clause, most expeditiously, after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, preferably within a period of six months from the next date fixed before it, if there is no other legal impediment in this regard. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
