Manna Singh and others, under Sections 120B, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Akbarpur, Kanpur Dehat arising out of Case Crime no.198 of 2018 including Charge Sheet No.646A/2019 dated 13.03.2020, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Dehat, with liberty to file afresh. 2. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 3. The application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 4. Certified copies of the documents be returned to the counsel for the applicants subject to submission of photocopies of the same.
