Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. 1. Heard. 2. The petitioner claims certain rights in land which was purchased by his wife vide sale deed dated 11.05.2009. The wife died sometime in 2013. Now, when the petitioner tried to assert his rights in respect of the land in question, the Nagar Nigam is creating hindrance on the ground that it does not belong to the petitioner. These are not issues to be seen under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner may avail other remedies or approach the Nagar Nigam as the case may be. 3.
