Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:28657-DB Court No. - 29 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 3308 of 2025 Petitioner :- Inamullah Tahir Respondent :- State of U.P. and Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Abhishek Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Petitioner wants consideration of his representation. The representation, in essence, wants appointment of Smt. Shakila Parveen to be cancelled. This appointment was made in 1987. The person, Smt. Shakila Parveen is otherwise not impleaded as a party-respondent. Petitioner is her real brother. Not only we find absolute lack of locus in the petition to intervene, but we also are of the view that filing of the writ petition is purposive and is clearly an abuse of process of law. The writ petition is dismissed with cost of Rs. 10,000/-, which shall be recovered from the petitioner by the revenue authorities, within a period of four weeks.
