[2] By the present petition, the petitioner approached this Court for directing the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 11.12.2024 submitted by the petitioner to the Chief Engineer (PHED), Govt. of Manipur, herein respondent no. 2. [3] In the representation, the petitioner has requested for releasing payment for the 3(three) works undertaken by him for the PHED Department and the said representation is still pending. [4] The learned GA for the State respondents submits that the writ petition may be disposed of as prayed for, by issuing innocuous order to the respondent no. 2, for passing speaking order to the representation submitted by the petitioner. [5] Recording the submissions made at the bar, the present W.P. (C) No. 434 of 2025 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to pass an speaking order to the representation dated 11.12.2024 submitted by the petitioner within a period of 3(three) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
