Ms. Manisha Rana Singh, AGA for the State. Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral) These bail applications arise from one and the same FIR, they are decided by this common order. 2. Applicants are in judicial custody in Case Crime No.108 of 2024, under Section 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, 2 Police Station Clement Town, District Dehradun. They have sought their release on bail. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. According to the FIR, on 07.09.2024 in the night, the informant was moving on his motorcycle when he was signalled to stop by some unknown persons; they assaulted the informant and his friends and one of his friends, Mridul Rawat was stabbed with knife, due to which he sustained injuries. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that one co-accused was child in conflict with law (CIL) and he has been granted bail. The injured has not named the applicant. The witnesses have also not named as to who is the person who stabbed the injured Mridul Rawat and general allegations have been levelled against various persons. 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 7. The bail application is allowed. 3 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
