The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his representation dated 10.02.2024 furnished with the Officer-in- charge of Kolaghat Police Station was not acted upon. The information so furnished reflects that there was a dispute with the Headmaster of Gopalganj P.N. Banibhaban (H.S.) where the petitioner was an employee. The petitioner happens to be a member of the Managing Committee of the said school also. In view of the representation so furnished on 10.02.2024 as also the report submitted by the police authorities reflects that a proceeding under Section 107 of the Cr.P.C. has been drawn up against the Headmaster, if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate with a prayer for appropriate relief(s) under the relevant provisions of law. The learned Magistrate would consider the same and pass necessary directions and/or orders adhering to the provisions of law. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5275 of 2024 is disposed of.
