By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "I-Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus direct the opposite parties to pay/ release get the withheld salary in month of February 2021. January 2022, May, June 2023 and 2024 and February 2025 on the post IV 'th class Cleaners (Saphaee Karmi) employee of the petitioner II-Issue a writ order or direction in the nature mandamus commanding the opposite parties no-02 decide the representation moved and served the petitioner on dated 27-2- 2025 and 28-2-2025 contained as Annexure no.8 to this writ petition." After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent that the representation of the petitioner may be directed to be decided by respondent no.2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Perused the record. Considering the above and without entering into merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation to respondent no.2 i.e. District Panchayat Raj Officer, Sultanpur within two weeks' from today. If the petitioner submits a fresh representation, the respondent no.2 shall decide the same within four weeks' thereafter, by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
