A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner herein is the tenant in R.L.T.O.P.No.74 of 2022 and the trial Court has ordered eviction. Challenging the same, he has filed R.T.A.No.7 of 2024 before the IV Additional District Court (Rent Tribunal), Madurai. Pending appeal, the tenant has filed I.A.No.1 of 2024, seeking stay of the eviction order and it is pending from December 2024 onwards. So far, the landlord has not filed his counter. Hence the present Civil Revision Petition. 3.
