Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Vishal Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2, Sri S.M. Qasim, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 & 4 and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1 to decide the application dated 23.10.2024 moved by the petitioners under Order 39 Rule 4 read with section 151 CPC (Annexure No. 2) pending in the Court of Civil Judge, SD, Malihabad, District Lucknow for vacating the interim injunction granted ex parte in favour of the o.p. no. 2 (plaintiff) in the regular suit no. 947 of 2024 for permanent injunction (Mohd. Monis Vs. Ghanshyam Verma and others)." 3. Considering the mandatory requirement of C.P.C., the present petition is disposed of directing that the objections filed under Order 39 Rule 4 shall be heard and decided expeditiously within a period of six weeks.
