1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 29.03.2025, whereby the financial and administrative powers of the petitioner were ceased in exercise of powers under Section 95(1)(g) of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947.
3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that out of the seven charges levelled, the two were against the Ex- Pradhan, the two were with regard to employment of the workers in the MGNREGA during the Covid-19 period and in the other three charges, nothing was proved against the petitioner still, the order has been passed. 5. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondents to conclude the final inquiry as is pending within a period two months from today. In case, the said inquiry is not concluded within a period of two months, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court once again for challenging the order dated 29.03.2025.
