No.8415 of 2025 2. Petitioner claims to have completed 10th class and intermediate in Vocational Course and therefore, he is eligible to be appointed as Multi Purpose Health Assistant (MPHW). Though petitioner has acquired the said qualification, in view of respondents not initiating or contemplating steps to issue notification for filling up MPHW posts, he is deprived of being employed. He has submitted representation dated 20.02.2025 to the respondents requesting them to initiate proper steps for issuance of notification, as respondents have not acted upon the same, he is constrained to file the present writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is being denied opportunity of being employed as respondents have not notified and issued necessary notification for filling up of posts of MPHW. Therefore, he seeks direction from this Court to respondents for issuance of notification and to undertake selection process. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents opposes the writ petition contending that the relief sought for in the writ petition is not capable of being granted by this Court and at any rate, it is for respondents to decide as to when and in what circumstances recruitment for the aforesaid 3 CGR, J W.P. No.8415 of 2025 posts to be done. No individual has any right to claim for employment merely such person is stated to be qualified. 5. The relief sought for in the present writ petition is not capable of being granted by this Court, inasmuch as issuance of any notification for the purpose of recruitment is in the exclusive domain of the executive, which exercise would be undertaken by them depending upon requirement for such posts on objective assessment, being essential for better administration. Therefore, this Court does not find any merit in the writ petition. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
