Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding opposite party no.02 to consider and decide the statutory complaint dated 10.04.2024 made by petitioner supported with affidavit regarding illegal and arbitrary act done by the Gram Pradhan without taking into confidence the elected members of gram panchayat, contained as ANNEXURE No.01 to the writ petition." 2.
