The respondent has filed a response affidavit, and in paragraph 13 of the said affidavit, it has been categorically stated that by the order complained of the respondents were directed to decide the application under Section 41 of the Land Revenue Act, moved by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of the passing of the order dated 08.12.2023. The said application has now been decided, and rejected by the respondent on the ground that the application for demarcation is not maintainable. 4.
