Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A for the State and Sri Rahul Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent no.2. 3. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants for quashing the entire criminal proceedings of Criminal Case No.7471 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime No.224A of 2014, under Sections 323, 325 and 504 I.P.C., P.S. Bheeti, District Ambedkarnagar as well as cognizance order dated 11.05.2015 and charge sheet filed in the aforesaid criminal case. 4. The parties have entered into a compromise and a compromise deed in this regard has been filed which has been verified by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambedkarnagar by order dated 25.09.2024, copy of the same is annexed at Annexure No.6 to the application. 5. As the parties have entered into a compromise which fact is not denied by Sri Rahul Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent no.2, therefore, present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is allowed in terms of compromise between the parties. 6. In view of the compromise entered into between the parties, the proceedings of Criminal Case No.7471 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime No.224A of 2014, under Sections 323, 325 and 504 I.P.C., P.S. Bheeti, District Ambedkarnagar pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambedkarnagar is hereby quashed.
