Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tatisilway P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025(N) for the offences registered under sections 21(c)/22(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Judicial Commissioner at Ranchi. 3. On 06.03.2025, Tatisilway Police on the basis of confidential information apprehended Shahbaj Khan. On search, 75 bottles of Onrex Cough Syrup of 100 ml and 06 strip of Winspasmo forte Capsule were recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was not apprehended at the spot. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of the co-accused person. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner at Ranchi in connection with Tatisilway P.S.
