Present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the concerned opposite parties to restrain the opposite party no.3, 5 and 6 to acquiring the land of Gata no.518Ga, 524Chh and 530 situated in village Umariya, Tahsil- Tarabganj, District Gonda under the project of 84 Kosi Parikrama Marg Package - VI NH227B which are recorded as pond land in revenue records, in the interest of justice." 2. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that the land in question was proposed to be acquired and a notice was issued calling upon the objections from the person concerned, however, no such objections have been filed and the acquisition is complete. 3. In view of the fact that the acquisition has already been completed, the relief claimed by the petitioner cannot be granted in the present writ petition. 4. Present petition is accordingly disposed off. 5. This order has been passed in the presence of Mr. S.B.
