In the said report, it has been submitted that in compliance to the directions of the Writ Court, the claim of the petitioners for enhancement of wages at the rate of Rs. 225 per day with effect from 20th April, 2022 was considered vide the Government Order No. 101-F of 2025 dated 24.03.2025 in terms of SRO 460 of 2017 read with Government Order No. 27-F of 2018 dated 25.01.2018. It has further been submitted that payment to all the petitioners has been made in full and that the judgment of the Writ Court has been duly complied with. 03.
