It appears that the compensation claimed by the petitioners in respect of the land acquired on account of pendency of Suit No. 232 of 2021 in the court of Civil Judge (Jr. Div.)- II, Faizabad. Contention is that even though the temporary injunction application has been rejected, which has attained finality upto the appellate/revisional level, still the compensation is not being paid. These are matters to be considered purely by the Land Acquisition Officer. The petitioner may approach the said officer. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
