Petitioner is serving as Craft & Vernacular Language Teacher at Government Senior Secondary School Seri Kothi, District Mandi stated to be a sub-cadre area. Her grievance is that on completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid area, she moved a representation on 10.03.2025 (Annexure P-2) seeking her transfer, 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 but the representation has till date not been considered and decided by respondent No.2. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
