The petitioner has made some allegations against the existing Gram Pradhan. The petitioner should approach the District Magistrate as per the UP Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhan, Up-Pradhan and Members) Enquiry Rules 1997, if there is a cause. If any such complaint has been filed in terms of Rule 3 of UP Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhan, Up-Pradhan and Members) Enquiry Rules 1997, the District Magistrate should look into the matte and consider the same as per law, if such complaint is maintainable and there is no other legal impediment. We have not at all adjudicated the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner against the Gram Pradhan. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
