(Oral) The applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.350 of 2024, dated 29.05.2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. According to the FIR, on 29.05.2024, police received an information with regard to some persons armed with weapons. The police party reached at the spot, but in the meanwhile they spotted 10-12 boys in the motorcycles with arms and one of them fired which hit one Rajat Kushwaha. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that some of the co-accused have been granted 2 bail; some have been granted anticipatory bail; no role is assigned to the applicant; the injured has already been examined; he has not assigned any role of firing to the applicant. 5. These facts are admitted to the learned State counsel. It makes out the case for bail. 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 7. The bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
