Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent and perused the material available on record. 2. This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party No.2 to produce the detenue before this Court and after getting the record her statement direction may be issued to set free the detenue at her liberty, and be further pleased to quash the impugned orders dated 01.02.2024 as well as 17.12.2024 passed by opposite party Nos. 2 and 3 as contained in Annexure No.9 and 10 to the writ petition. 3. After arguing at some length learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present Habeas Corpus petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings against the judicial orders passed for determining the age of the detenue. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed above. 6.
