By the present writ petition, the petitioner who is presently posted as PCSA(Production cum Safety Assistant) questioning the transfer order dated 13/12/2010, by which, the petitioner has been transferred from Bhatgaon area to NEC(North East Coal Fields Limited, Margherita, Tinsukia, Assam). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the transfer order has been passed by the respondents in clear violation of transfer policy of the CIL annexed as Annexure P-9 and the petitioner has raised his grievance before the respondent No.1 for violation of police of the CIL while transferring the petitioner from Bhatgaon area to NEC(North East Coal Fields Limited, Margherita, Tinsukia, Assam), hence, the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 to decide his representation in accordance with law as well as the transfer policy of the CIL. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that if the representation is still pending before the respondent No.1, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and the transfer policy of CIL. 3 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the pleadings and representation submitted by the petitioner on 26/12/2024. 5. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner Annexure P-14 which is pending before him, in accordance with law as well as the transfer policy of the CIL, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
