The prayer in this writ petition was to direct respondent No.2 to consider the representation that had been submitted to the Tahsildar for issuance of NOC to sell the property granted to the petitioner Subsequently, the petitioner amended the writ petition and impleaded the Special Land Acquisition Officer (the SLAO), who has granted the said land. 2. In my view, since the petitioner is seeking for grant of NOC to sell the land granted to him, it would be appropriate to direct respondent No.3 – the SLAO to consider the same and pass an order in accordance - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:16177 WP No. 774 of 2025 with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. A copy of the representation submitted to the Tahsildar shall also be furnished to the SLAO. 4. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 5.
