ORDER 06.06.2025 Heard Ms. L. Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant and also heard Mr. A.R. Agarwala, learned counsel for the opposite party Nos.1—4/claimants. This is an application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condonation of delay of 90 days in filing the connected appeal. The ground for delay in preferring the connected appeal has been explained in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the application. I have perused the averment made in paragraphs 3 and 4 of this application and on
consideration, this Court is of the opinion that the applicant was prevented by a sufficient cause for not preferring the connected appeal within the stipulated time.
Page No.# 3/3 Moreover, Mr. Agarwala, learned counsel for the opposite party Nos.1—4/claimants has no objection in condoning the delay. In view of above, the delay of 90 days in preferring the connected appeal is hereby condoned. With the above, the I.A. stands disposed of. Registry is directed to register and number the appeal and list the matter for admission before the Court by showing the name of Mr. Agarwala as the counsel for respondents/claimants.
