In view of order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the private- respondent(s), if any, is hereby dispensed with. The instant petition has been preferred seeking following main relief:- "(i) Direct the Opp. Party no. 1 Tehsildar (Judicial) Tehsil Milkypur Ayodhya District Ayodhya to decide the mutation proceeding vide Case no 05244/2021 Computerized Case no T202104230405244 U/S 34 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 Prema Versus Gaon Sabha Situated Village Rampur Johan Pargana Paschim Raath Tehsil Milkypur District Ayodhya/Faizabad Pending in the court of Tehsildar (Judicial) Tehsil Milkypur Ayodhya District Ayodhya fixed on 05-04-2025 Expediously within stipulated time granted by this Hon'ble court to meet the end of justice." Shri Badrish Kumar Tripathi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, based on the instructions, stated that on account of unavoidable circumstances, the case in issue could not be decided in terms of the order of this court dated 03.09.2024 passed in the Matter under Article 227 No.4192 of 2024 (Prema @ Prem Kumari Vs. State of U.P. & others) and the same would be decided within a maximum period of three months. Taking note of the aforesaid statement, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the opposite party No.1/Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil- Milkipur, District Ayodhya to consider and decide the Case No.05244/2021 (Computerized Case No.T202104230405244) (Prema Versus Gaon Sabha) most expeditiously, say within a period of three months, after affording full opportunity of hearing to the party to the litigation and without granting unnecessary adjournment to either party. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
