Heard Ms. K. Malakar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. M. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. This application has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of Special (Nar.) Case No. 17(BGN)/2025 pending in the court of the learned Special Judge, Bongaigaon arising out of Bongaigaon GRPS Case No. 123/2024 for grant of bail. Mr. Goswami has submitted that recently the charges have been framed against the present petitioners. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the sides. Let the trial court examine at least 3 (three) witnesses. After that, the bail application of the petitioners shall be considered. With the above, the bail application is closed and disposed of.
