Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 4. 2. The petitioner, through this petition, has prayed for the following reliefs:-. "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to promote / appoint the petitioner on promotional post of Anganwadi Karyakatri in Gram Panchayat -Meerpur Shekhpur, Pariyojana-Akbarpur, District-Ambedkar Nagar, in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue such other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deems just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner, in the interest of justice." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given representation to the respondent no.4 which is annexed as Annexure-5 to the writ petition. He prays that it would be suffice in case respondent no.4 may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. 4. Perused the record. 5. Considering the above and without entering into merit of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation to respondent no.4 i.e. District Program Officer, Ambedkar Nagar, District Ambedkar Nagar within two weeks' from today. If the petitioner submits a fresh representation, the respondent no.4 shall decide the same within four weeks' thereafter, by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
