Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/claimants and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/appellant. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/appellant would submit that they are not having any objections to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited. 4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the petitioners/claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount that came to be deposited by the respondent/ appellant before the Tribunal on filing necessary application before the Tribunal.
