This application has been preferred by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 27.06.2023 passed in B.A.No. 3489 of 2023. The modification which has been sought for is with respect to the last paragraph of the order dated 27.06.2023 as it appears that due to inadvertence Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar has wrongly been typed as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra. 3. Consequently, the order dated 27.06.2023 passed in B.A.No. 3489 of 2023 is modified to the extent that Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra shall now be read as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. 4.
