The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience/ non-compliance of the directions contained in the judgment/ order dated 25.04.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 5801/2024. The operative direction therein reads as under:- “6. In the eventuality, the representation is decided in favour of the petitioners, the respondents shall grant one notional increment to the petitioners for a period of one year preceding the date of retirement and refix the pension of the petitioners by adding one notional increment and subsequently re-fix the pension. Arrears thereof be paid to the petitioners within eight weeks thereafter, failing which simple interest @ 6% shall be paid by the respondents on the said sum for a period of delay.” 2. Concededly, the financial entitlement of the petitioner has been released in terms of the aforesaid direction, except in respect of the simple interest @ 6% p.a. Let the said interest be duly computed and released to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today. 3. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
