Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:20000-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 3419 of 2025 Petitioner :- Sayyada Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Revenue And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ashish Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Heard. Apparently the information uploaded on the portal giving the reason for rejection of the petitioner's application for issuance of O.B.C. Caste Certificate is apparently unreasoned and vague. If the report received from the maternal place of the petitioner, though it mentioned the caste, but did not mention the Shreni, whatever it means, then fresh report could have been sought or clarification should have been sought. Let a reasoned order be communicated by the Tehsildar concerned as opp. party No. 4 to the petitioner within 2 weeks. Thereafter the petitioner may avail the remedies, as may be prescribed in law. With these observations/directions this writ petition is disposed of. (Om Prakash Shukla, J.) (Rajan Roy, J.)
