The grievance of the petitioner is that a drainage is being constructed in front of his house after leveling the earlier drainage. This is being done by the Gram Pradhan. However learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions has informed this Court that earlier the drainage was being constructed on Gata no.113 but the same could not be completed. The drainage was going through certain agricultural fields and therefore there was objections. Now new drainage is being constructed on gata no. 115. Considering the subject matter of the dispute the petitioner may avail other remedies as may be prescribed under law. We cannot go into such matters involving factual questions.
