Dr.R.Alagumani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition. 3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition. 5.
