The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge had directed to deposit 25% of the compensation amount which was defaulted by the petitioner herein. Later, at the time of admission, this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit 50% of the compensation amount which is duly deposited to the credit of S.T.C.No.223 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court @ Magisterial Level, Karur on 02.06.2025. 3. Recording the same, the order impugned in this criminal revision case, dated 29.10.2024 is set aside and the sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court @ Magisterial Level, Karur in S.T.C.No.223 of 2022 is suspended.
