By way of filing this petition, a prayer has been made for issuing direction to the respondents to enhance the age of superannuation from 58 years to 60 years. 2. At the outset, it has been observed by this Court that at the time of filing of this petition, the age of the petitioner was 58 years and he has crossed the age of 60 years long ago, hence, under the changed circumstances, this petition has become infructuous, as no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with this petition.
