This writ petition was previously listed in the list of fresh cases on 08.04.2025. The matter was called out and then was revised, but on both the occasions, learned counsel for the petitioner failed to appear. 2. Today, when the case is listed again in the list of fresh cases, none has turned up on behalf of the petitioner when the case was called out in the first round. On the matter being called out in the revised list, it is noticed that no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the respondents and Sri Anand Dwivedi, learned counsel for respondent No.2 are present. 3. Although, a preliminary objection has been raised as to the maintainability of the present writ petition on the ground that Hon'ble the Apex Court in the matter of investigation of criminal cases has issued ample guidelines in the case of Paramvir Singh Saini vs. Baljit Singh and others reported in (2021) 1 SCC 184, therefore, the prayer virtually made for the same relief in the present writ petition does not require any further directions. 4. We find that the petitioner himself, on more than one occasion, has remained unrepresented, which implies nothing but loss of interest by the petitioner himself in the cause sought to be agitated herein. 5.
