Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties No. 2 & 3 to demarcate the land of the petitioner bearing Gata No. 3578/6(Kurra No. 6) area 0.0060 hec. situated at Bhinga Dehat, Pargana & Tehsil - Bhinga, District - Shravasti in pursuance of the order dated 20.12.2022 bearing case No. RST/282/2022 [(computerised case No. T202208620100282) Smt. Yashoda Devi Vs. Mohd. Ramzan)] passed by the court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate (O.P. No. 3), Mandal - Devipatan, Bhinga, District - Shravasti u/s 116 U.P. Revenue Code - 2006, in the interest of justice (as contained in Annexure No. 1)." On being confronted after taking note of the fact that order dated 25.09.2023 has already been passed, a copy of the same has been produced before this Court and the same is taken on record, Ms. Anshika Yadav learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Dinesh Kumar Arya, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that she does not want to press the present petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. To the aforesaid prayer, learned State Counsel has no objection. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
