Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arraigned as accused in Crime No. 100 of 2025 of Jangareddygudem Police Station, Eluru District, registered for the alleged offences under Sections 329(3), 324(4), 118(2), and 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is the owner of the property over which the alleged incident is said to have happened. It is further submitted that the petitioner was granted a decree in O.S. No. 2 of 2007 over the schedule property. After the decree, the petitioner filed E.P. No. 34 of 2024, whereby the learned Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur, also directed the police to give assistance to the Court Amin for the execution of the decree. The learned counsel also submits that the petitioner cannot be charged for trespassing into his own property. 4. Considering the same, the Station House Officer, Jangareddygudem Police Station, Eluru District, is directed to complete the investigation without taking coercive steps against the petitioner. This order would not preclude the investigating officer from filing a charge sheet or final report after completion of the investigation in Crime No.100 of 2025. 5. With these observations, the criminal petition is disposed off. 6.
