However, the complaint of the petitioners.borrower/mortgagors is that despite visiting the Bank, the title deed of the property and the possession of the secured asset have not been handed over by the Bank. 3. Both the petitions, having become infructuous, are disposed of as such, with a direction to the Bank that in case all the borrowers/mortgagors visit the Bank within a period of one week, the title deed of the property in question and their possession be handed over to them in accordance with law. 4.
