(1) All these Criminal Miscellaneous Writ Petitions arise out of same crime number, therefore, they are being disposed of by a common order. (2) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. (3) These writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners for quashing of the FIR dated 30.12.2022 against the petitioners lodged by the opposite party no.4 i.e. F.I.R. No.937 of 2022, under Sections 34/419/420/467/468/471 I.P.C. at Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Raebareli. (4) Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions sent by Superintendent of Police, Raibareily, has informed this Court that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed in the Court and next date fixed is 12.02.2025. (5) The Copy of such instructions is kept on record. (6) Since the charge-sheet has been filed by the Investigating OfÏcer, it is presumed that sufÏcient evidence has been collected and filed with the Charge-sheet before the Trial Court for its evaluation, therefore, this Court feels it to be inappropriate to interfere at this stage. (7) These writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Competent Court for raising their challenge to the Charge-Sheet.
