The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) issue an appropriate direction to the Learned Court below to expedite the proceedings in Regular Suit No. 45 of 2000: Smt. Kamini Awasthi versus Gangaram Jaiswal and others, and direct the Respondent No.1 to decide the same within such reasonable time which this Hon'ble Court may deem just, reasonable and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case as the same is pending for decision before the Learned Court below since last Twenty-Five Years (25 Years)." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid case with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
