The matter has been compromised between the parties. In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the non-applicant, the amount, so deposited, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the bank account of applicant Rajinder Singh, particulars of which, have been mentioned in the application. The application is, thus, disposed of.
