The learned trial Judge by order dated 06.02.2025 stated that as the Court is already over burdened with 3000 cases, the petition was refused. 3. Be that as it may, as the petitioner expressed grave urgency and the respondents have already filed counter in I.A.No.309 of 2023, this Court is inclined to dispose of the present Civil Revision Petition at the admission stage. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Vayalpad, to take up I.A.No.309 of 2023 in O.S.No.160 of 2023 and dispose of the same on merits in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
