After arguing for a while, Mr. Abhijay Negi, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a civil suit before the competent Court. 4. Accordingly, writ petitions are dismissed with liberty as aforesaid. The civil suit, if filed shall be decided on its own merits. 5. For a period of two weeks, no third party interest shall be created, qua the property in question.
