The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 01.03.2025, whereby the transfer application filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of Suit No.628 of 2024 to another court of competent jurisdiction was rejected. 3. The plea taken in the transfer application was that the counsel for the plaintiff is a very influential person and the Member of the Bar Association, as such, under his influence, short dates were being fixed. The District Judge rejected the said application by holding that no allegations have been levelled against the Presiding Officer with regard to the apprehension of bias. 4. Considering the reasoning as recorded in the order impugned and there being no material contrary to the said observations, no interference is called for. 5.
